Kelvin

Kelvin is the measure of temperature color. You may have heard it mentioned on scientific programs on the Discovery channel. The Kelvin scale goes from 1,000K which indicates candlelight to 10,000k representing the blue color of the sky. Underwater photography offers many opportunities to explore how the Kelvin scale works.
