Learn from a Professional Photographer

With over 40,000 images—from cosmetics to jewelry, luxury bags to metallic and glass surface objects— Tsour Lee Adato has photographed it all. Learn from a master of the craft how to capture the best images possible for eCommerce, print, and web.

Product Photography Tips & Techniques

As you may already realize, in order to be a product photographer, at a minimum, you’ll need some basic equipment including cameras, lenses, and lights to capture your images. But that barely scratches the surface.

In order to take quality images your clients will keep coming back for, you will need more than that. For example, light stands, lighting modifiers or lighting diffusers, not to mention what type of paper or other element will you need to create various backgrounds?

We break down everything a product photography studio needs to bring products to life in a photo.

Lighting & Theory

Having a strong understanding of lighting fundamentals will often differentiate a good product photographer from a great one. We are going to break down for you how to use your lighting to express the maximum information about the products you’re shooting.

We will teach you about the quality of light, how to modify light, and how to correctly use your lights to create shape, dimension, and texture.

Choosing a Camera

Many people understand that camera selection is important but few realize that far more important is understanding how to properly use the equipment you have. Learning the fundamentals as well as more advanced techniques and tips will allow you to take incredible shots with any camera.

Capture Incredible Detail

Selecting Lenses

Even the most amateur of photographers understand that the lens you use matters.  Most don’t know how to deal with more nuanced challenges like lens distortion.

How do you avoid issues like lens distortion or manipulate your images in order to capture the shape and color accurately?  We can teach you how to deal with all these issues and many others you may not even know about.

Choosing Lights

Taking stunning photos doesn’t always require multiple lights or complicated lighting arrangements.

The key is understanding how lighting works and knowing the tricks and techniques the professionals use, many of which will likely surprise you.

You will leave your training sessions with an arsenal of knowledge and the understanding needed to begin or accelerate your professional product photography career.  Our expert guidance, resources and one on one attention will have you creating professional quality images and support you in developing your unique style and brand.
