In a traditional commercial photography setting, the art director from an advertising agency often spends days, weeks, or even longer working with photographers and other members of the creative team to prepare a concept with you that will show precisely how your products will be presented in the photography. After these plans are approved, your products will be photographed in accordance with these meticulously prepared plans. The art director, who is usually in attendance for the photo shoot makes changes as he sees necessary.

6 Easy Steps

Step 1: Place your order

Determine the amount and type of images that you are needing. If you are able to attach reference images, that would be beneficial in showing our photographers what you are aiming to achieve with your project.

Step 2: Ship Your Products

Once you submit your order form, you will receive a confirmation email with our studio’s address included for shipping your products. Please be sure to package your products safe and secure based on their structure or your needs for your product images. Once we receive your product, a team member from our studio will confirm its arrival with you.

**you have products that need to be shot involving packaging such as a box or bag, it is best to send an empty folded or unfilled box or bag for us to construct here at the studio, so it does not arrive with dents or blemishes due to movement during the shipping process

Step 3: Shooting Your Session

After your products are received, an invoice will be sent via email to the address stated on your order form. We require a 50% deposit to be paid prior to beginning your project. Once the deposit has been made, we set up our studio to suit the needs of your project; from lighting to composition.

Step 4: Post Production

Once your session is complete, we transition your images into the retouching phase. This is where your product photos are given the extra attention to really make them stand out above the rest. Whether it be removing dust, cleaning up edges or imperfections from labels all the way to superimposing elements that give your product a custom feel.

Step 5: Reviewing Your Proofs

Once retouching has been completed, a team member from our studio will send you an email with instructions on how to view the proofs from your session. At this time, you are able to make any comments necessary to achieve the image you are striving for. If needed, depending on the complexity of changes, we are able to accommodate minor retouching free of charge. However, if major changes, are needed such as angels or additional images, this will need to be discussed for pricing.

Step 6: Delivery of Final Images

Once you approve the proofs from your session, you are able to pay the remaining 50% of your open invoice and a team member

from our studio will send you an email with instructions on how to view your high-resolution delivery images. If you included a return shipping label with your products, we will carefully pack your product and ship it back. If you would like us to create a shipping label for you, we will invoice you for that amount once your project has been completed.
